MARY JESSOME, FOUNDER & CEO
Mary grew up in Southwestern Ontario, by the Six Nations of Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit. She now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia, on the unceded and ancestral territory of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m (Musqueam) nation. She brings a decade of experience in equity research & evaluation, including health equity, to Seed to Summit Consulting. As a medical sociologist & health ecologist, Mary is passionate about holistic approaches to public health. Having worked across government, academic, and community settings, she knows how our public health systems often fail those who need them most. Seed to Summit Consulting is her way of ensuring that public health organizations create inclusive, accessible, and equitable solutions that benefit people and the planet.
